The Birchwood Airport Association held our annual meeting and officer elections on Monday, September 23 at 6:00PM at the Pilot Planning Facility by transient parking.
The primary order of business will be our annual officer elections. All positions are open for election and we will need to fill our full lineup of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. A lot of the current officers will be rotating out, so it would be great if anyone has interest in throwing their hat in to keep things moving for the organization. If anyone would like to nominate themselves or someone else prior to the meeting feel free to respond to this message with your nominations.
Voting in person at the meeting is preferred, but if anyone is unable to attend the meeting, please coordinate via email ahead of time with your vote selection or send your proxy vote by phone with someone who will be in attendance. We will compile a list of the nominees to have available before the meeting. Hamburgers, hotdogs, and refreshments will be provided.
